30 Days Challenge

Starting 28 April 2014, I become an "Atkiners". So here is my diary for 30 days..

Day 1 : Breakfast

           Salad
           1cherry tomato
           1/2 carrot
           slice of capsicum 
           1 egg
           for dressing I use olive oil.
           ESP Shaklee for drinks.

          Lunch

          Fried chicken tight 


          Dinner

          Mushroom Soup
          Fried Chicken
          Apple Cider Vinegar for drinks.

* 3 liters water.


Day 2: Breakfast

           Salad
           2 cherry tomatoes. 
           2 eggs omelette
           ESP Shaklee for drinks.
           Apple Cider Vinegar for drinks.
       

          Snacks

          1 Piece Beryl's Tiramisu Chocolate Almond 

          Lunch

          beef steak

          Dinner

          puyuh masak lemak, very small quantity of the kuah.
          mushroom 
          sawi
          salad
          capsicum 
          Apple Cider Vinegar before sleep.

* 3 liters water

Day 3: Breakfast

          2 boiled eggs
          1tbs  sambal ikan bilis 

           Lunch

          sawi
          salad
          capsicum 
          minced chicken
          garlic 
          olive oil

         Dinner

          chicken
          sawi
          beansprouts
         Apple Cider Vinegar
          

 Day 4 : Breakfast

             ESP Shaklee
       

          Lunch

         Chicken Thigh Soup

         Dinner

          Sawi
          Egg
          Chicken Breast
          capsicum
          onion
          garlic
          Apple Cider Vinegar

* 3 liters water

Day 5: Breakfast

           Egg
           half Eggplant

           Lunch

           Egg
           half Eggplant
           anchovies with oil
           minced chicken

         Dinner

          anchovies
          garlic
          pepper
         cauliflower
        Apple Cider Vinegar

*3 liters water

Day 6: Breakfast


         Egg omelete
       

        Lunch

         Egg omelete
         1 Cheese
        Apple Cider Vinegar

       Dinner

      1 Fried Chicken (Breast)

Day 7 : Breakfast

       
          Rojak -- Cucumber Chicken and turnip

           Lunch

          Fried Chicken
          Rendang -- meat

         Dinner

         Chicken Soup - 1 wing
         Kerabu Mangga  <- kantoi manggo banyak carbs :(


Day 8: Breakfast

          2 Eggs
          1 slice cabbage

           Lunch 

           Fried Chicken Wing
           Fried cow lung

          Dinner

          Fried Chicken Breast
          Minced Chicken
          Olive oil
          Cauliflower
          Apple Cider Vinegar

**3 liters water

Day 9: Breakfast

          Minced Chicken
          Kerabu Mango
          Shaklee ESP

          Lunch

          Minced Chicken
          Kerabu Mango

          Dinner

          Chicken cooked with asamrong paste.
          Apple cider Vinegar

** 3 liters water

  Day 10 : Breakfast

          Spinach, anchovies, cabbage roll

           Lunch

          Fried Cabbage
          Fried Fish

            Dinner

          Sardin in tin. limited quantity of sauce.
           Mushroom
           Cabbage
           Pennywort
           2 piece of chickens cooked with asamrong paste.
           Apple Cider Vinegar

** 3 liters water.

Day 11: Breakfast

          Chicken
          Spinach

           Lunch

         Chicken
          Spinach
         Capsicum

          Dinner

         1 quail
         3 chicken feet
         king of salad
         sardin in tin
         Apple Cider Vinegar

**3++ liters of water

Day 12: Breakfast

            Popia/roll of  king of salad and sardin 3 pieces.
            Shaklee ESP

             Snack

            Popia/roll  of king of salad and sardin 3 pieces.

            Lunch

            1 Cat fish cooked with coconut milk..small quantity of the coconut milk..
            Sprout
             water spinach.
       

           Dinner

           Subway chicken teppanyaki (SORRYYYY)

Day 13: Breakfast


            2 half-boiled egg
            3 marinated chicken wings
 

           Lunch

           Psyllium husk
     

          Dinner

          2 chicken breast

Day 14: Breakfast

              1 subway cookies.

             Lunch

             2 chicken breast

            Snack

            Atkins snack

            Dinner

             1 scoop pulut kuning (SORRY)
             Apple cider vinegar

Day 15: Breakfast

             1 boiled egg
             sambal anchovies.

             Lunch

             1 grill fish
             fried  tofu

             Dinner

             bottle gourd fruit and spinach soup with chicken
             omelete

Day 16 : Breakfast

              Atkins chocolate

             Lunch

             2 hot dogs
             bottle gourd fruit and spinach soup with chicken
             fried egg

             Dinner

             Tapioca leaves with coconut milk
             1 pomfret
             1 fried chicken.

Day 17: Breakfast

             2 hot dogs
             1 scramble egg

             Lunch

             1 pretzel with chocolate
             1 atkins chocolate

             Dinner

              omelete
              1 fried fish
               bottle groud soup with blackpepper.

 Day 18: breakfast

              half sausage with bun
             1 scramble egg

            Lunch

             half sausage with bun
             1 sausage

             Dinner

             1 sausage
             1 fried fish
             1 scoop of kangkung.          

Day 19: Breakfast

             omelete
             1 sausage
             1/2  bun

              Lunch

            Fried Yard long beans
            butter chicken

            Dinner

            1 fish with coconut milk.

Day 20: Breakfast

             Snack Atkins

             Lunch 

             2 boiled fish with tamarind sauce

            Dinner

            1 omelete
            3 small fried fish
            boiled Tapioca leaves
            sambal belacan

Day 21: Cheat Day.. sorry.. I eat rice for lunch and dinner :P

Day 22: I'm fasting.

             Iftar

              1 fish
              1 sausage
              1 egg
              1 maggie kari
              1 set of boiled  tapioca leaves

Day 23 : I'm Fasting

              Sahur 

              Apple cider vinegar
              1 bun
              2 sambal eggs
