Some Workout!

Since I took low carbs food, so I decided to do some workout to remove my body fat..hehe

For the first week become Atkiners, I lost 3 kg.. phewww *clap clap*


Workout types I usually do :

1. Stairs step ( my home -- level 6, my office -- level 7)
2. Squat about 50 times a day.
3. Using dumb bell.
4. Sit up 20 times a day.
5. Plank about 30 seconds.
